Therapy can sometimes feel like coasting along the surface of our authentic selves. Showing up week after week, hoping for change, perhaps finding some relief in symptoms, but never quite reaching the places that hurt. Whether you’re tiptoeing along the edge or diving headfirst into the void, I will be right there with you, helping you navigate the deep waters of trauma, grief, and uncertainty. Together, we’ll bring to the surface what’s been buried, shine a light on what’s been carried in silence, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost along the way.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and unafraid to sit with you in your darkest places. I believe healing begins when we face the parts of ourselves that feel unworthy of love, too painful to name, or too hidden to bring forward. If you’ve felt lost for too long, I hope you’ll let me walk beside you as you explore the places you’ve kept hidden; the ones shaped by shame, silence, and survival. These are often the corners of our psyche we’ve learned to avoid, but I wholly believe that’s where trauma takes root, and also where true transformation begins.

As a clinical intern, I am deeply interested in working with trauma, grief, and relational wounds, drawing from psychodynamic theory, attachment work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe painful thoughts and help you interrupt the downward spiral and patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we can chart a new course.
